Not sure if the development is exempt?
We will attend site to carry out the survey. If it becomes apparent that the development is within the exempted development guidelines then we will record as such and provide an Architect's Opinion on Compliance with Planning Permission and/or Exemption from Planning Control..
What type of property
To allow us to provide a fast and efficient service we currently deal with domestic houses only. Protected structures will be considered on a case by case basis.
